About The Position

Our client, an elite investment banking boutique, is a leading firm with expertise in mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory, restructuring, liability management, capital markets, and growth capital. Since its founding in June 2015, our client has advised on over $850 billion in transactions across various industries. With offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Stamford, this elite boutique investment bank has established a strong presence in key financial centers. This role involves supporting the execution of complex media M&A transactions from origination through close, managing deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation. The analyst will conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services and prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations, coordinating with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on media
• Experience supporting 2+ closed technology M&A transactions
• Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
