About The Position

TripleTree, a leading healthcare investment bank and trusted partner for mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory services, is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst. Analysts support the full transaction process, including preparing clients for market, engaging potential buyers, facilitating due diligence, and helping close deals. The role provides opportunities to develop financial and technical expertise, advance professionally, and take on significant responsibility in transaction execution, client management, and new business development. Depending on experience, candidates may be considered for the Investment Banking Development Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or public accounting experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
• FINRA licenses: 63, 79, and SIE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Assist in preparing financial models and business valuations.
• Conduct industry and company-specific business due diligence.
• Create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and other deliverables.
• Attend client meetings.
• Draft and collaborate on pitch presentations and associated materials.
• Develop an understanding of trends affecting the healthcare industry.
• Coordinate, research, and create industry market research publications.
