About The Position
Piper Sandler is seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for their Technology Investment Banking team in Boston, MA. This role is part of a rigorous program for exceptionally qualified individuals. Analysts will work closely with senior bankers on various investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory work. The environment is described as collaborative, demanding, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. Top analysts may be invited to stay for a third year, with direct promotion to Associate available for strong performers without an MBA.
