About The Position
Piper Sandler is seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for their Healthcare IT & Services teams. This role is designed for individuals graduating in May/June 2027. The Analyst Program is a rigorous program where analysts work closely with senior bankers on various investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory work. The environment is described as collaborative, demanding, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. Top analysts may be invited to stay for a third year, with direct promotion to Associate available for strong performers without an MBA. The firm emphasizes connecting capital with opportunity and fostering an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Graduating in May/June 2027
- Work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees required
- Demonstrated academic achievement
