Transaction teams are typically small, offering Analysts significant responsibilities early in their careers. The firm is recruiting for its next Investment Banking Analyst class and will consider Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 graduates.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a leading university, preferably with a major in finance or accounting
  • Extremely smart, with particularly strong quantitative, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Very comfortable working in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Team chemistry is important

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience as a summer analyst at another investment bank strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare complex financial analyses and models
  • Conduct due diligence investigations of client companies
  • Support the preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies
  • Research potential buyers/investors
  • Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm
