About The Position

Piper Sandler is seeking an experienced Analyst to join its Depositories Investment Banking team within the Financial Services group in its Houston, Texas office. The role offers immediate exposure to capital-raising transactions and strategic advisory projects, with potential for long-term growth and career advancement. Analysts support transaction execution, prepare market materials, monitor public and private companies, build financial models, conduct valuation analyses, identify investors, and perform industry- and company-specific research. They also interact directly with clients and senior bankers and develop a versatile skillset for future career growth. The anticipated starting salary is $110,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors. The position is also eligible for annual incentive compensation.

Requirements

At least 1 year of investment banking or related financial experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and learn quickly.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training.
