About The Position

The Investment Banking Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed for undergraduates interested in building the technical and professional skills required for a long-term career in investment banking. Analysts are aligned to a product or industry coverage group where they support live transactions, prepare client materials, collaborate with bankers, and receive ongoing mentorship and feedback. As a full-time Analyst, you will contribute directly to transaction execution and client delivery. Your responsibilities may include: * Contributing to the build out of financial models and supporting financial analysis * Conducting company and industry research * Preparing client materials and pitch presentations * Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions * Collaborating with senior bankers across sectors and geographies * Supporting the development of junior team members You will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback throughout the program to support your development. We are looking for candidates who bring curiosity, accountability, and a sharp analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and collaborating with peers and leaders alike.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Successful completion of 2026 Investment Banking Analyst Program
  • Strong academic achievement
