2027 Truist Securities - Investment Banking Analyst Program (Full-Time)
About The Position
Truist Securities is the full-service corporate and investment banking arm of Truist Financial Corporation. The Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems, and financial modeling. After training, Analysts join a product or industry coverage group to support senior investment banking professionals. Analysts create and analyze financial models, develop client presentations, conduct industry research, and are key members of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams. They provide credit underwriting support, draft information memoranda, develop management and investor presentations, and facilitate the deal process. Candidates may be placed in various industry coverage groups such as Consumer & Retail, Energy, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Industrials & Services, Financial Sponsors, and Technology, Media, and Telecom. The position is typically two years, with a possibility of an additional year. The program is designed to provide Analysts with the tools needed for success and encourages active participation in client goal achievement.
Requirements
- Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2026 or May/June 2027
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- English language fluency
