About The Position

Truist Securities is the full-service corporate and investment banking arm of Truist Financial Corporation. This Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction covering capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems, and financial modeling. After training, Analysts join a product or industry coverage group, playing a meaningful role in supporting senior investment banking professionals. They create and analyze financial models, develop client presentations, conduct industry research, and serve as key members of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams. Analysts provide credit underwriting support, draft information memoranda, develop management and investor presentations, and facilitate the deal process from start to finish. Candidates may be placed within various industry coverage groups including Consumer & Retail, Energy, Financial Institutions, Healthcare (incl. Life Sciences), Industrials & Services, Financial Sponsors, and Technology, Media, and Telecom. The position is typically two years, with a possibility of an additional year. The program is designed to provide Analysts with the tools needed for success and encourages them to take an active role in helping clients achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2026 or May/June 2027
  • Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
