Requirements

  • Provide a broad range of administrative support to the Investment brokers.
  • Report to the Senior Investment Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Update client transaction history and review files to highlight opportunities for additional business. Prepare hypothetical illustrations, college, retirement, and estate planning, and insurance quotes as needed by the Financial Consultant(s).
  • Field incoming telephone calls for the Infinex/Brokerage Program, answer client questions, and research complex issues with Financial Consultants. Resolve issues, provide high-quality customer service, and address maintenance or operational issues involving client accounts.
  • Contact existing clients regularly to schedule annual, semi-annual, or quarterly reviews. Manage the CRM database for client needs and review/update file statuses.
  • Work closely with Infinex to implement new procedures and business practices, acting as a liaison between TFS and marketing to develop and implement campaigns, mailers, and branch promotions.
  • Review client paperwork completed by Financial Consultant(s), forward required documents, and create/update client files.
  • Meet with existing clients for service and sales issues, including additional deposits, withdrawals, NIGO's, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with branches regarding Financial Consultant(s) schedules, schedule appointments from branch referrals and wholesalers, and maintain Financial Consultant(s) calendar updates.
  • Work closely with branch staff to provide high-quality customer service, assist with training and developmental needs related to the program, and generate high-value leads.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
