About The Position

Range is building an AI-powered wealth management platform that brings investments, taxes, retirement, and estate planning together. The Investment Analyst will join Range’s growing investment team to help build an alternative investment offering for members, including vetted third-party funds across private equity, private credit, and real assets, as well as direct co-investments and pre-IPO opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Alternatives, the analyst will support sourcing, due diligence, investment committee materials, and ongoing monitoring of managers and deals. The role also includes engaging with members as a subject matter expert on alternative investments and explaining how these assets can fit into their broader financial plans. This is an opportunity to help establish institutional-quality investment offerings and the operational infrastructure behind them, including diligence processes, an approved-manager list, and reporting. The analyst will also communicate market developments to the planning team and share investment recommendations and analysis with members through meetings, messages, and published content. The position is based in Range’s New York City office and is in-office Monday through Friday. Candidates outside the area must be willing to relocate as a contingency for employment.
