About The Position

Join our team and gain valuable investment management experience while working on meaningful projects that deepen your understanding of financial markets and contribute to the long-term success of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance. As an Investment Analyst Intern, you will participate in the day-to-day processes of the Investments team and assist with special projects. You will support Portfolio Managers by researching and analyzing prospective and existing securities, maintain investment portfolio analytics and compliance dashboards while identifying and resolving data quality discrepancies, and collect and organize market and economic data to support presentations, reporting, and decision-making. You will also assist with investment-related analysis that contributes to portfolio strategy and performance evaluation. Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Understanding of basic investment concepts and financial markets.
  • A genuine interest in investing and financial markets.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
