About The Position

The Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission (UPPAC) is seeking an attorney to work on the front lines to prevent misconduct by Utah educators. This role involves investigating and prosecuting educator misconduct in administrative proceedings, as well as training Utah educators on standards and professionalism. The position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote and in-office work in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Requirements

  • Law school graduate.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Utah.
  • Experience teaching or working with K-12 school age students.

Responsibilities
