The Ministry of Advanced Education in Alberta is responsible for overseeing the post-secondary education system. The Ministry is also responsible for licensing interim and permanent land agents under the Land Agents Licensing Act. The Regulated Professions Governance Branch is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investigator and Policy Analyst to support the administration of Alberta's Land Agent Licensing framework. Reporting to the Manager, Land Agents Licensing, this position plays a key role in licensing, compliance, investigations, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory program delivery.
