About The Position

This is responsible administrative work involving the investigation of employee misconduct and personnel complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in criminal justice, business, public administration, education, law, communication, human resources, or related field
• A minimum of ten years of responsible, lead-level investigative experience from criminal, administrative and or personnel suitability assessments
• Must not possess a criminal record or, if one exists, it must be fully mitigated during background interview
• Must meet basic internal affairs course requirements sponsored by OPR within first year of employment
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence
