About The Position

The Investigator II acts as the contact for security issues in the respective banking region when the Senior Investigator is unavailable. The role leads internal and external investigations and liaises with local and federal law enforcement. Travel may be required to meet business needs. The position also performs other duties as assigned.

The position requires extended periods of sitting, frequent operation of a computer and other office machinery, and the ability to consistently lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of bank regulations and the Bank Protection Act.
• Knowledge of the Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, and elements of a crime.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Be detail oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication skills.
• Successfully pass a background investigation and drug screen according to company policy.
• Ability to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to remain in a stationary seated position for extended periods.
• Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office machinery.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Related banking or law enforcement experience preferred.
