Requirements

  • Strong foundation in employment law—including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and ADEA.
  • Advanced research skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to ask the right questions, uncover the right facts, and connect the dots others might miss.
  • Ability to step into ambiguity and bring structure.
  • Ability to take volumes of information and craft clear, compelling findings.
  • A degree is required.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written work that reflects both legal rigor and clear communication.
