About The Position

We are looking for a FULL TIME Investigative Research Specialist (Skip Tracer) to join our team in Plymouth, MN. This role involves digging through information, connecting the dots, and solving challenging cases using research, public records, and specialized databases to locate individuals, verify employment, and uncover information that helps move legal cases forward. No prior skip tracing experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and enjoys researching information across multiple databases. This position is with the Collection Division of Messerli Kramer, a respected law firm in the legal debt collections industry, known for its consistency, reliability, and long-term client partnerships. The firm emphasizes treating consumers with respect and dignity while achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Requirements

High school diploma
Ability to multitask and handle working under time sensitive deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail
Strong internet navigation skills
Excellent typing skills – a basic alpha numeric typing test will be given during the interview
Working knowledge of MS Office
