About The Position
Boerger LLC is seeking a highly organized warehouse professional with strong shipping and receiving experience who is comfortable learning and operating MRP software in a structured manufacturing environment. This role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and outbound logistics. We are a growing, family-owned company investing in facility expansion and long-term team development.
Requirements
- 2+ years warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Shipping & receiving background required
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (equipment available)
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments
- Process receipts and transfers in MRP system
- Stage materials to production using work orders
- Maintain accurate part locations and stock integrity
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Prepare outbound shipments and documentation
- Inspect finished assemblies prior to shipment
- Coordinate freight carriers and ensure on-time delivery
- Operate forklift and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and labeling
- Support safety and OSHA compliance standards
