About The Position

Inventory Control Team Member – Keep Our Culinary Operations Running Smoothly! Full-Time | Fast-Paced Environment | Growth Opportunities Are you a detail-driven, organized team player with a knack for keeping things in order? We’re hiring an Inventory Control Team Member to support our culinary warehouse operations and help ensure our production teams have the materials they need—on time, every time. What You’ll Do: Inventory Accuracy: Receive, label, and store items properly; audit inventory in real-time using ERP (X3) systems. • System Updates: Track materials and finished goods in X3, ensuring every count, code, and lot number matches. • Stock Monitoring: Regularly check inventory levels, communicate shortages or overages, and support restock decisions. • Internal Communication: Serve as a key contact for warehouse and manufacturing teams to coordinate inventory flow. • Process Improvement: Investigate inventory issues and suggest solutions that improve efficiency and reduce waste. • Material Support: Ensure timely delivery of audited materials to manufacturing; manage and track over/under usage. • Returns & Labeling: Accurately label and log all manufacturing returns into the system and return them to correct storage. • Team Collaboration: Support warehouse staff, provide retraining if needed, and uphold inventory best practices. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong attention to detail and math skills (no calculator needed!)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with email communication
  • Quick to learn new systems—experience with ERP systems (X3) is a big plus
  • Critical thinker with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day, exposure to cold temperatures as cold as 5 degrees.
  • Must be able to use “critical thinking” skills to resolve problems or improve the program overall.
  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must have mastery of basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing without the use of a calculator.
