About The Position

DSV is a global leader in transport and logistics, seeking an Inventory Team Lead for their Solutions division in Clarksville, TN. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring efficient stock management within the warehouse. The position operates on an hourly basis, with a specific shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-pace work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of warehouse management system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile actual stock with database records.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
• Research historical transactions of movement of a given material.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on orders.
• Maintain in-person inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Ensure high accuracy in data entry, physical counting, and identifying shrinkage or damaged goods.
