About The Position

The Inventory Management Support position is in support of the test engineering department. The primary responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and kitting as well as organizing, auditing, documenting, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Candidate must be capable of performing all physical and administrative tasks involved and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MRP systems, including the ability to follow movement of material using transaction history as well as analyze and reconcile discrepancies in MRP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Experience with conducting physical inventory audits.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to facilitate replenishment process for high use or bulk material.
  • Ability to work with planning, receiving, supplier quality, operations, and engineering to highlight and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision with written work instructions.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
