About The Position

WIS International is looking for a result driven, service-oriented Inventory Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates, provide world class service to both new and existing customers, and establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers. The role also involves counting inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities, and working a varied schedule with travel to customers' locations. Requirements

Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
Leadership and Training skills.
Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
High level of computer literacy.
Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
Goal oriented, team players with good interpersonal skills and a hands-on management style.
