About The Position

We’re seeking a candidate to join the Inventory Status Department in our Pensacola, FL Corporate Office! This position's primary responsibility is to execute the administrative and clerical needs of maintaining management reports.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized, self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Contract review and database maintenance
  • Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing contracts
  • Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with Company policies
