Requirements

• High diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 2 years.
• Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory.
• Computer literate and have experience in any WMS.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data.
• Ability to conduct accurate research and report findings and results.
• Organized, punctual, self-motivated, task and detail-oriented and flexible.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job which include combination of standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs. and computer use.

Nice To Haves

• Able to operate a cherry picker and reach truck would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of inventory in bulk and piece pick warehouses.
• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity through performance of physical count audits and adjustments.
• Movement of product in warehouse to optimize the shipping process.
• Maintaining product identification and location program.
• Conducting research on inventory discrepancies and executing appropriate steps to reconcile them.
• Completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Tracking and reporting non-conforming product.
• Resolving inventory problems and documenting damaged product in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
