About The Position

The Inventory Specialist at Koons Westminster Toyota strives to contribute to the store’s efforts to deliver an exceptional guest experience by making it a top priority to help other team members who are serving out guests. This role involves being highly responsive to team members’ requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests. The position requires treating all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect, maintaining attendance and punctuality, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The specialist will maintain a clean and organized work area, a professional appearance, and adhere to the dealership dress code. Key responsibilities include maintaining an accounting of all vehicles on the dealership property, comparing serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices, and barcoding vehicles. The role also involves cataloging and storing keys, assigning stock control numbers to vehicles, and running reports to identify vehicle locations. Additionally, the Inventory Specialist will set up the auction lineup on a weekly basis as needed and protect dealership and customer information. The position also assists with clerical duties as requested and any other duties assigned, while working well in a team environment and maintaining good relationships with department and dealership personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accounting of all vehicles on dealership property.
  • Compares serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice and barcodes vehicles.
