Requirements

Must be computer / tech savvy (technical experience with computers and computer software)
Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
2+ Years in Inventory / Cycle counting or related field
Reliable form of transportation (Some travel required)
An open schedule (Some Saturdays shifts and/or overtime will be required)
Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent Organizational Skills
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
Willingness to help in all aspects / departments

Responsibilities

Perform inventory cycle counts at multiple warehouse locations
Ability to type detailed information into database
Read and interpret documents (i.e., invoices, shipping labels, BOL’s, etc…)
Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
Evaluate and research inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the company database
Generate data reports on periodic basis for management and customers
Maintain logs and databases for inventory accuracy
Create and update warehouse mapping system
Coordinate with the warehouse team for inbound / receiving inventory
Communicating with cross-functional teams
Other general office administrative / customer service duties
