Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
- Passion for vehicles and general automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document vehicle conditions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld devices.
- Team-oriented with a positive, dependable work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work outdoors in all seasons while inspecting and processing incoming vehicles.
- Perform detailed vehicle condition inspections and complete electronic inventory reports.
- Perform basic cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior to present vehicles in their best possible light.
- Photograph vehicles using company-provided equipment.
- Assess the operational condition of vehicles and accurately document findings.
- Direct vehicle flow in the receiving area to ensure efficient processing.
- Maintain an organized and safe receiving area.
- Use handheld technology and company software to manage inventory.
- Maintain inventory of inspection materials and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by helping meet customer needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
