About The Position

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for various daily tasks related to inventory management, including receiving and logging deliveries, replenishing and rotating stock, conducting inventory counts, updating logs and spreadsheets, and communicating with team members. This role requires close attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize duties. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in designated areas and ensuring outside supplies are kept weatherproof and secure. A key requirement is the attainment of state registration and pharmacy certification.

Requirements

  • Mandatory requirement to attain registration from state and pharmacy certification through Curexa or national program.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs (totes, clamshells, and mailbags)

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and logging transfer deliveries from EHT (commercial drugs, telemedicine, API’s, compounds, etc)
  • Daily replenishment, restock, and rotation of inventory in drug room (pulling from overstock rooms and inbound deliveries)
  • Weekly compound counts
  • Weekly drug room counts, U-section/ wall counts, and overstock room counts
  • Updating and deducting from various order and inventory logs (recording daily deliveries/transfers and logging deductions from drug room)
  • Weighing and recording partner compound quantities (capsules, bottles/jars)
  • Communication with team members in various locations using Microsoft Teams/group chats (supply levels, delivery etas, transfers, questions, etc)
  • Counting partner inventory on designated days and recording on the Partner I&P guide
  • Creating a daily supply-list from the warehouse and storing all items in specific locations
  • Weekend drug room count and drug log spreadsheet updates
  • Replenishing fulfillment and shipping needs (carts, box bins, totes, clamshells, and commercial drug bins)
  • Setting up pallets (mail bins, materials to the warehouse, returns, clamshells/totes, etc)
  • Keeping outside supplies weatherproof and secure (tarping mail bins, supplies under the tent, etc)
  • Organization and cleanliness in drug room, overstock rooms, supply rooms, and outside/shed areas
  • Close attention to detail on inventory recordings and spreadsheets
  • Time management and ability to prioritize daily functions/duties
  • Arriving on time from start of shift to end of shift (no exceptions)
