About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to support warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing material movements, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience
- Strong SAP experience (inventory modules preferred)
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels within SAP and internal systems
- Perform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments
- Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring materials are properly documented and processed
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Coordinate outbound shipments and prepare required documentation
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Communicate with procurement, operations, and accounting teams regarding inventory status
