About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator supports inventory accuracy and warehouse operations through reconciliation, investigation, and reporting of inventory variances involving Raw Materials, WIP Materials, Dry Goods, and Finished Goods. This role is responsible for executing inventory control activities, supporting stock transfer processes, and serving as a backup to the Warehouse Lead when needed.

Requirements

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to obtain certification and safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute product rotation and picking activities as directed by the Supervisor or Warehouse Lead.
  • Perform cycle counts in Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods, and Dry Goods inventory locations.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through on-floor inventory verification.
  • Review daily inventory reports, correct inventory records, and communicate findings to the Supervisor or Warehouse Lead.
  • Maintain accountability and inventory accuracy within assigned warehouse areas.
  • Coordinate with Operations, FSQA, and Warehouse teams on product rework, inspections, and inventory-related activities.
  • Create and process Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and support related picking activities.
  • Assist with special inventory projects, including product rotations, audits, and physical inventories.
  • Document inventory data and maintain tracking files and records.
  • Compile inventory information and present findings during inventory meetings.
  • Support inventory investigations, including recalls, company store orders, donations, and other research activities.
  • Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout assigned work areas.
  • Operate material handling equipment including Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks, and Walkie Trucks.
  • Serve as a backup to the Warehouse Lead as needed.
