About The Position

This position is responsible for performing audits of client inventories, storage site inspections and inventory closeouts. The role involves conducting audits of client inventories at client-specified storage sites, finalizing necessary reconciliations, and completing required documentation in accordance with Company and Client business rules. All assignments must be completed professionally and in a timely manner. Status changes are submitted using the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS). The specialist will review all instructions and forms prior to audits to ensure quality service levels and ensure assignments are scheduled within Client expectations and timelines. Communication with client representatives and the AIMS management team via email, US mail, and/or phone is essential. The role also requires the ability to utilize a smartphone to update AIMS and complete assignments, follow all department and company policies and procedures, and strive to exceed client needs through clear and professional communication.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Must have mobile electronic device.
  • Must have transportation to audit sites.
  • If driving a motor vehicle, must have valid driver’s license with records that satisfy Company standards as well as current motor vehicle insurance.

  • Pharmaceutical industry and/ or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
