We are seeking an Inventory Lead for our Ocala, Florida Plant.

Summary: Supports manufacturing operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels, overseeing inventory processes, and ensuring timely reporting and movement of materials. This role includes lead-level responsibilities and cross-functional coordination within operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years inventory/warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong experience with cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Ability to interpret inventory data and reports
• Forklift operation experience
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong accountability and ownership
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

• Lead or supervisory experience
• ERP system experience (Macola preferred)
• Multi-department inventory coordination experience

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control processes (cycle counts, adjustments, reconciliation)
• Oversee receiving and inbound inventory processing
• Track and report inventory movement and production metrics
• Process work orders and RMAs
• Support intercompany transfers and material flow
• Provide day-to-day guidance within inventory operations
• Lead yearly physical inventory processes
