About The Position

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues and opportunities for improvement within the WMS (Warehouse Management System). The specialist will validate system transactions, review error logs, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions. They will act as a liaison between customers, IT, and Operations, providing technical support and drafting business requirement documentation for development changes. The position also requires assessing work requests for clarity and scope, prioritizing tasks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Creating user stories in JIRA and understanding the Reverse Logistic flow are also key responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply-Chain, or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
• Related field experience includes WMS configuration, implementation and support in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Well-spoken and presented with strong analytical background and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic Concept of DBMS
• Basic Knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML), JSON, API

Responsibilities

• Validate system transactions (JSON/XML), review error logs, troubleshoot root causes, and carry out corrective actions.
• Liaise between key stakeholders (Customer, IT and Operations) to provide technical support and draft business Requirement Documentation for development change requests.
• Assess work requests for clarity, scope and prioritize tasks based on impact and level of urgency.
• Partner with IT and Operations to support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and driving initiatives.
• Create user stories in JIRA after understanding stockholder’s requirement.
• Understand the Reverse Logistic flow and work with the team to continually improve the process.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
