About The Position

The Inventory Sourcing Lead Material Management is responsible for daily inventory put-away, organization, rotation, and expiration-date review. The role manages routine inventory and Par-level processes, investigates shipping discrepancies, coordinates product conversions, and helps ensure stocking locations comply with regulatory requirements. The position also supports clinical teams by communicating supply backorders, identifying substitute products, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily inventory put-away, using proper stock rotation and reviewing expiration dates.
• Organize inventory and stocking locations.
• Identify and reconcile shipping discrepancies, working with appropriate Supply Chain team members and vendors to resolve them.
• Perform routine cycle counts of perpetual inventory and each associated Par location.
• Complete inventory and Par replenishment processes.
• Review available reporting to identify supplies on backorder and communicate the information to appropriate clinical team members.
• Facilitate identification of substitute products.
• Coordinate activities related to product conversion activities.
• Ensure inventory and Par stocking locations are arranged and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service.
