About The Position

Allagash International Group, LLC and its product line Nor'East Controls is a leading valve and controls manufacturing company. Blake Thermal Sales & Service, Inc. is the leading manufacturers' representative of thermal energy solutions in the Northeast. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our organization and support both Nor'East Controls and Blake Thermal in their combined space in Portland, Maine. Requirements

High School Diploma.
Ability to accurately and effectively operate a computer.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain effective in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work well with a team towards a common goal.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
All hires must complete a pre-employment background check and drug test.
All hires must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years' experience with shipping and receiving, preferred.

Responsibilities

Shipping and receiving of product, in a common warehouse, in support of both Nor'East Controls and Blake Thermal Sales & Service, Inc.
Packing and processing for outgoing raw materials and finished goods.
Receiving inbound product for manufacturing as well as processing returns.
Ensure all incoming product is placed and stored in the proper warehouse location.
Processing of all shipping and receiving paperwork, and notifying appropriate parties when job specific product arrives.
Organizing and maintaining a clean, well-organized warehouse.
Construction of pallets, as needed.
