The Inventory Manager (IM), Mid-Senior will lead and implement inventory management, supply chain, and customer demand strategies aligning with the Company's goals. This role involves optimizing logistics, procurement, and inventory management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain proper stock levels. The position also includes managing supplier relationships, acquisition and storage of goods, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. A key aspect is participating in demand forecasting and planning, analyzing supply chain performance, and monitoring critical inventory activities using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Inventory Manager will also develop contingency plans, ensure compliance with environmental and ethical standards, lead cost reduction initiatives, assist in quoting for new projects, and ensure alignment with ERP/MRP systems. Supervisory responsibilities include task prioritization, performance oversight, process enforcement, and employee development. Additionally, the role involves supervising and managing shipping and receiving operations, including intake of materials, outbound shipments, coordination with other teams, and ensuring compliance with packing, labeling, and shipping requirements.
