About The Position

The Inventory Manager ensures the flow of products in and out of the store, maintains the integrity of non-perishable store inventory, and supports operational needs under the company’s inventory standard operating procedures. The role works with vendors, the Store Support Center, and Store Management to address inventory and delivery issues.

Requirements

One to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic understanding of and ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
Retail Management Certificate Program is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain the integrity of all non-perishable inventory and receiving procedures.
Maintain adequate inventory levels for non-perishable items and ensure inventory supports merchandising planograms by adjusting minimum presentation.
Identify and act on missing items, missing tags, or unauthorized items.
Review Open Adjustments, Transfers, and Load Bills via Soft Grocer and close them as needed.
Complete Case to Unit adjustments in a timely manner for check stand candy, beverages, and other required items.
Review and execute Negative Count Batches.
Conduct daily random audits of “One’s, None’s, and Ton’s.”
Review the Perpetual Inventory Dashboard and correct errors.
Maintain the Flex Program as needed, including covering holes and DSD.
Review DNF orders on Promo Cops and adjust as needed.
Communicate with vendors, the Store Support Center, and Store Management about inventory or delivery issues.
Follow company and standard operating policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
