The Inventory Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all inventory control and receiving processes to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient inventory transactions. This role involves performing inventory analysis and management to maintain accuracy and support operational requirements, conducting daily inventory activities such as cycle counts and physical inventory counts, and managing physical inventory across the Apopka campus and designated partner locations. The Inventory Manager will maintain inventory integrity within the ERP system, develop and improve inventory control procedures, and coordinate cycle count programs. This position requires investigating inventory discrepancies, resolving negative inventory balances, and leading and supervising inventory team members. The role also involves generating and analyzing inventory reports, monitoring inventory levels for replenishment planning, analyzing inventory data for trends and improvements, and developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). The Inventory Manager will directly supervise the daily activities of the Inventory and Receiving teams, providing coaching and training, and will partner with various departments to ensure accurate inventory transactions and efficient material flow.
