About The Position

Innova Solutions is hiring an Inventory Management Support professional for an onsite role in Palm Bay, Florida. This position supports the successful execution of contractual and non-contractual deliverables through transportation operations, freight billing, and comprehensive logistics support. The role also assists with receiving, stockroom, and packaging operations as needed. The position supports mission-critical aerospace and defense programs and requires compliance with government and international shipping regulations. The position is full-time and contract-to-hire, with a stated duration of 12 months. Applicants must be engaged on a W-2 basis; 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 years of relevant prior experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations; OR a post-secondary/associate degree and at least 2 years of related prior experience.
Experience in transportation or logistics, with demonstrated knowledge of shipping operations.
Strong experience with freight billing, invoice processing, and cost analysis.
Working knowledge of government and international shipping regulations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must be available for W-2 engagement; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered.
