About The Position
The Inventory Management Coordinator requires a blend of skills and experience that are specifically focused on the inventory management of Amneal's finished goods inventory, pertaining to distribution. This position will be an integral component of the Logistics team by providing accurate details of on-hand inventory, inventory in-transit, cycle counts, coordination with Return Goods Department, and managing product(s) end of life cycles. Possesses a proven track record of successful inventory control management in a fast-pace and growing environment.

- Blend of skills and experience focused on inventory management of Amneal's finished goods inventory, pertaining to distribution.
- Accurate details of on-hand inventory, inventory in-transit, cycle counts, coordination with Return Goods Department, and managing product(s) end of life cycles.
- Proven track record of successful inventory control management in a fast-pace and growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Runs a series of inventory reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and performs detailed analysis of items.
- Maintains communication with the Product Supply Chain department to ensure proper procedures are met on incoming product.
- Performs audits of inventory, when requested.
- Performs inventory adjustments.
- Develops accurate, consistent enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
- Identifies ‘heavy’ and ‘low turn’ inventory items, and coordinates consolidation program to ensure fast and accurate distribution.
- Maintains item documentation - tracking, adjusting, and destruction forms.
- Works in coordination with Returns Department on an as needed basis through inventory checks.
- Ensures accurate labels meet HDMA guidelines.
- Records all information required by DEA and Kentucky Board of Pharmacy pertaining to controlled substances in inventory for Kentucky facilities.
- Develops a strategy to ensure proper procedures are followed pertaining to unsaleable product.
