Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Tandem PVFremont, CA
Onsite

About The Position

As an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator, you will own the accuracy and flow of the materials that keep our pilot manufacturing line running — from setting up and replenishing consumables to fulfilling the team’s day-to-day inventory requests. You’ll be the owner of our inventory records in our ERP system, turning real-time stock data into smart reorder decisions and clear reporting. It’s a hands-on role that blends systems and reporting with the physical work of receiving, organizing, and moving material through the warehouse.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in inventory management, materials/warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP or inventory management system (e.g., Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, or Fishbowl) for stock transactions, reordering, and reporting
  • A track record of maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and disciplined receiving
  • Experience setting up and managing consumable, MRO, or raw-material replenishment with vendors
  • Comfort working in spreadsheets and pulling, analyzing, and reporting inventory data
  • Able to lift up to ~50 lbs and safely load/unload trucks and operate (or learn to operate) a pallet jack or forklift
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to prioritize when several requests land at once
  • High school diploma or equivalent; able to work on-site full-time in the Bay Area

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with Odoo (Inventory, Purchasing, or Manufacturing modules)
  • Background in a manufacturing, hardware, or lab/production setting
  • Forklift certification and experience handling or shipping hazardous materials (we work with chemicals and specialty consumables)

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of inventory accuracy — you keep physical stock and ERP records in lockstep through disciplined transactions and cycle counts
  • A procurement mindset — you set up, source, and reorder consumable materials before the line ever runs short
  • Reporting instincts — you turn stock data into clear, regular inventory reports and reorder recommendations
  • A service orientation — you triage and fulfill inventory requests quickly so the team stays unblocked
  • Command of logistics end to end — receiving, shipping, and coordinating carriers and deliveries
  • Readiness to do the physical work — loading and unloading trucks and keeping the warehouse organized
  • Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-moving pilot manufacturing environment
  • A systems-first approach — you’d rather fix the process in the ERP than firefight the same problem twice
