About The Position

Inventory accuracy matters at every step of our business. As the Inventory Lead, you’ll help protect inventory integrity across the Distribution Center by keeping counts accurate, investigating discrepancies, and making sure inventory processes are followed consistently. This is a hands-on Lead role. You’ll work alongside the team while serving as the go-to resource for inventory questions, helping prioritize daily inventory work, training and guiding Warehouse Tech/Drivers, and stepping in to solve issues before they impact the operation. You’ll partner closely with DC Management to identify recurring problems, improve processes, and keep inventory moving accurately and efficiently. While this role does not have direct supervisory responsibility, the Inventory Lead is expected to lead through experience, initiative, and influence by setting a strong example, supporting the team, and helping drive consistent execution.
