The team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage. This role navigates through an advanced ERP System to execute daily "Inbound & Outbound" inventory operations, creates purchase orders, processes recycle and destruction loads, and ensures all finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines. The associate also processes non-conforming material, coordinates with parties for accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA’s, and is responsible for verifying and completing transaction activities in the company’s ERP system (Oracle). This includes receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories, performing daily audits, and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program. The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and control of all in-house materials, compiles records by SKU, quantities, and Sub-Inventories, and validates inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors. Additionally, the associate maintains inventory balance reports, organizes the warehouse for efficient storage and distribution, identifies expired inventory disposition, maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO), interacts with leadership, and accomplishes special projects as required. Compliance with safety rules, GMP’s, and Niagara policies is mandatory, along with establishing and maintaining high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
