About The Position

The Inventory Fulfillment Associate III will be supporting Grifols Diagnostic's Distribution and Warehouse team. This position will report to the Manager, Warehouse Operations and it is located in San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo). The Inventory Fulfillment Associate III is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a warehouse environment involving the control, maintenance and fulfillment of goods for production orders and internal requests.

Must have at least 2 year GMP experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Retrieves required materials for Production Orders and Reservations from various Storage Types and/or Locations
Attends/participates in daily production meetings
Handles temperature-controlled, inventoried material from multiple warehouse locations
Performs Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transactions in SAP.
Processes Transfer Orders (TO's)
Reprioritizes tasks based on unexpected changes in the schedule and business needs
Operates various manual and motorized warehouse equipment.
Maintains training requirements
Maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Coordinates transfer and reconciliation of materials between facilities and completes required documentation
Maintains inventory accuracy.
Interacts directly with QC, R&D, Manufacturing Sciences, Planning and Quality for reservation fulfillment.
Provides support by pulling material for critical production schedules as business needs arise and/or returns material to its appropriate storage location.
Authorized to operate the company vehicle to deliver/retreive raw materials, semi-finished goods or finished goods.
Proficient and certified on all warehouse equipment.
Proficient in ERP system (i.e. familiar with controls, functionalities and material management)
Trains, mentors and provides feedback to new team members and ensures processes are followed
Coordinates with Quality Inspection (QI) for critical releases of material needed for production
Assigned to special projects and/or activities.
Identifies when issues arise, presents possible solutions and seeks approval.
Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal and external inventory audits
Acts as departmental representative during internal and external audits
Delegate tasks effectively and efficiently
Follows all safety and general warehouse rules and policies; maintains professionalism in a regulated environment.
