About The Position

This is a Temp-to-Hire position for an Inventory and Forklift operator in Garden Grove, CA. The shift is 1st shift, from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with a competitive weekly pay of $19-$20 per hour. The role involves operating a stand-up reach truck, performing inventory control tasks, supporting inbound/outbound workflows, and lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently. The position requires the ability to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays.

Requirements

• Proven reach truck experience (must pass onsite test)
• Background in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/walk for full shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and ability to work OT/Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RF scanners, WMS, or cycle counting
• Flexibility to learn new tasks as the role grows

Responsibilities

• Operate Stand Up/Reach truck safely and efficiently (testing required)
• Perform inventory control tasks: counts, adjustments, stock movement, cycle counts
• Support inbound/outbound workflow as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and move at a standard production pace
• Complete additional duties as assigned as the role expands
• Work mandatory overtime and Saturdays
