About The Position

The Auto Dealership Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining company floorplan credit lines. In this role, you will interact with internal customers and external lenders at various levels, including peers, supervisors, and management.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of MS Office software – MS Excel, Access, Word, and Office
• Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
• Experience handling high volume of paperwork in multiple computer database systems
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively with store management
• Must be highly organized, and have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities

Nice To Haves

• General ledger experience with debits/credits & automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Flooring – Ensure all vehicles meeting company guidelines are added to our established credit lines in advance of lender cutoff schedules to maximize cash flow. Record journal entries to accurately reflect new liabilities after vehicles are added to the credit line.
• Payoffs - Remove all sold vehicles from our lend credit lines using payoff schedules that ensure maximum cash flow while operating within lender terms. Record resulting journal entries to reflect all payoff activity.
• Schedule Cleaning – Reconcile all account schedules affected by floorplan and payoff activity at least twice a week to ensure compliance with all company and lender requirements.
• Perform all other projects and tasks as requested.
