The Inventory & E-Commerce Specialist manages e-commerce operations and merchandise inventory across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Sight & Sound’s inventory management strategies across all retail channels: ensure a secure and accurate inventory control system, oversee inventory levels between locations and coordinate regular inventory counts.
• Strategically manage inventory quantities, optimizing storage capacity, lead times, and cost.
• Utilize sales and pricing data to make recommendations for promotional strategies, suggest processes for improved profitability, and provide relevant product performance information to the Product Development Team for future success.
• Partner with the Retail Supervisors to provide direction to the Merchandise & Inventory Leads.
• Ensure teams have the tools and training necessary to create maximum productivity, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage and execute all e-commerce functionality, including new product listings, inventory levels, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Partner with Brand Creative on product photography and website design features.
• Create and maintain close partnerships with the Business Development, Retail, and Accounting teams as you support our core values and culture.
