About The Position

Scheels is seeking an ECOM Fulfillment associate who will be responsible for collecting and organizing products to complete orders, packing and preparing them for shipping, and understanding inventory systems. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and maintain an organized work area. The associate will also execute project work plans and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
  • One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of both
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effectively communicate with all associates

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists
  • Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
  • Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
  • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effectively communicate with all associates
  • All other duties as assigned
