About The Position

Come Be Part of a Mission that Matters! This role involves performing cycle counts based on a provided schedule, analyzing variances, and recommending process improvements. The Inventory Cycle Counter will work closely with other Neogen employees during cycle counts and physical inventories, and must maintain a current valid certification for forklift use. The position also involves other assignments and projects as given by the team lead, supervisor, or manager.

Requirements

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 5 years
• Recent experience with Cycle Counting/inventory control, 1-3 years preferred
• Ability to perform routine, high school level mathematical operations
• Experience with ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, and email
• Must be able to be certified to operate warehouse equipment and maintain that certification

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts based on schedule provided to Team Lead
• Perform cycle counts on Sales Force shipping errors, where incorrect quantity is indicated
• Analyze the variances, report on conclusions, and recommend process improvements
• Work closely with other Neogen employees, during the cycle counts
• Will be involved in physical inventories
• Maintain a current valid certification for forklift use
• Any other assignments or projects as given by team lead supervisor or manager
